SF Bay Sailing Charters for Team Building Activities
ACsailingSF is a unique venue for team building activities or corporate events. Choose from several types of sails aboard USA76 from a casual social sail to a timed racecourse. Learn more about customizing your sail on our Corporate Events page.
Friday Night Team Building Races
This is anything but your run of the mill team building event. During the summer, South Beach Yacht Club hosts 14 Friday Night Races that start and finish on the water in front of AT&T Park. Following the race, there is a BBQ and awards ceremony at the club. Get your team involved and buy out the evening! Branding is also available for the sails on USA 76 during these races.
Think Happy Hour but on a boat. On a Social Sail, your team will enjoy the sights of the SF Bay while helping our crew operate USA 76. We will hoist the sails and go upwind for the first part of the trip. After sailing under the Golden Gate Bridge, we will sail downwind giving your team an opportunity to relax and enjoy the sights.
Have you seen the Golden Gate Bridge at the Golden Hour? A sunset sail is a great activity for groups visiting San Francisco for conferences and work events who have busy schedules during the day. We will leave Pier 39 two hours before sunset for late afternoon sailing and to get to the best location to view the last light of the day.
The Bay Challenge
For competitive groups, the Bay Challenge is a timed event on USA 76 that requires participation from everyone aboard as we race against the clock on the 34th America’s Cup race course. Teamwork and communication are essential for this sail. Your group will work together to beat the time of all previous challenges. Learn more about the Bay Challenge here.
Team Building Activities for Large and Small Groups
Do you have more than 20 people on your team? ACsailingSF partners with several yachts on the Bay to accommodate your group of up to 50.
